Say you won over ₱300 yesterday and open Reward Center at 5:00 PM today. The Win reward has closed, because we list 4:00 PM as the last claim time and no later one.
Rewards that name a day need a date check instead: compare today’s date with the row for day 2, day 4, Wednesday or the 8th. A VIP upgrade bonus adds one wait, because you claim the bonus in Reward Center one hour after the level-up.

Bonus Not Received at PHJOY? Check Whether Your Play Reached the Trigger
Reward Center lists a reward only after your play reaches the reward’s trigger, the activity that qualifies you, and several triggers carry a second condition. The table sets each trigger beside that second condition.

Open Betting Record and Profit And Loss in Personal Center and compare yesterday’s totals with the row for your reward. When the totals fell short, a PHJOY bonus not received is a reward you never earned, and an empty Reward Center is correct. As an example, fifty spins at ₱5 each on a JILI slot reach the count of 50, but the average is ₱5, below the ₱6 the reward asks for. The same fifty spins at ₱6 meet both conditions.
As a second example, on Day 3 of the Sign-in task a ₱500 deposit misses the ₱800 line, so that day does not count toward the task. A missed day restarts the task at Day 1, even though Days 1 and 2 were complete.
Both examples sit just short of a threshold, ₱6 in one and ₱800 in the other, which is why a reward can feel earned and still not appear.
The First Deposit Bonus Has Three Conditions: Wallet, Amount, and Tick

Wallet Not Bound: Apply for Deposit Stays Disabled
With First Deposit Bonus ticked and no Withdrawal Account bound, Apply for Deposit stays disabled. Press Set Up, link the GCash or PayMaya e-wallet you withdraw to, and return to the deposit page. Each account holds up to 2 linked e-wallets.
Amount Under ₱100: No Bonus Tier Applies
Maya accepts a deposit of ₱50, yet the lowest bonus tier starts at ₱100, so any deposit from ₱50 to ₱99 sits below every tier. Deposit ₱100 or more with the box ticked. If a smaller deposit has already gone through, Live Support can tell you what applies to it.
Box Left Unticked: The Deposit Goes Through Without a Bonus
Choose Promotion on the deposit page defaults to Do Not Participate In Any Promotions, and a deposit on that default carries no bonus, even a ₱500 deposit that reaches a bonus tier. The box reads First Deposit Bonus (0/1), and 0/1 means the bonus is still unused.
Leaving the box unticked saves the bonus for a later deposit, and the bonus is gone once used. Ask Live Support what can be done about a deposit already made without the tick.
Bind first, set an amount of ₱100 or more, tick the box, and press Apply for Deposit last: the tick needs the bound account, and a deposit made without the tick carries no bonus.
App-Only Rewards Have Short Clocks: Two Hours and Hourly Rounds
A PHJOY bonus not credited after the app download traces back to one of two short clocks: two hours for Register and Download, hourly rounds for Free Angpao Everyday, the red-packet reward. Both depend on the official app.
Register and Download: New Account, No Deposit Yet, Reward Within Two Hours
Register and Download is for an account that has registered and has not deposited. You register, then install our app through APP Download in the sidebar, and we credit the reward within 2 hours.
