PHJOY Card Games: Who Sits on the Other Side of Your Bet

PHJOY card games sit in the Poker tab and split into two kinds of table: games where the house banks your bet, and games where you play other players. That split sets where each game charges you. The Poker tab then decides which PHJOY rewards count your bets: poker bets earn a 0.80% to 1.50% rebate, but Register & Download confiscates the bonus if you place a poker bet.

PHJOY Card Games Come From Five Providers in the Poker Tab

Five providers supply the card games at PHJOY: JILI, Kingmaker, JDB, KP (King’s Poker) and GFG. JDB adds Texas Hold’em, a poker game played against other players, while KP and GFG also supply the tab. JILI and Kingmaker carry several titles each, and both supply a Tongits, so the two are set apart below.

Five PHJOY card game providers in the Poker tab: JILI, Kingmaker, JDB, KP and GFG.
PHJOY’s Poker tab features five providers offering Tongits, Pusoy Go, Blackjack, Color Game and other card games.

JILI: Tongits Go and Pusoy Go Open the Poker Tab

JILI’s Tongits Go and Pusoy Go head PHJOY’s card games as the first two tiles in the Poker tab. Tongits Go is a rummy-style game that seats you against three other players, and Pusoy Go is an arranged-hand game for four. JILI’s Blackjack and Andar Bahar work the other way: the house takes the other side of your bet.

Kingmaker: A Second Tongits Beside the 2X BONUS Color Game

Kingmaker supplies Color Game, Tongits, Coin Toss, 7 Up 7 Down Rush, Baccarat: Multi and Dice Duet. Kingmaker’s Tongits adds a second Tongits to the card games at PHJOY, next to JILI’s Tongits Go. PHJOY marks Color Game with a 2X BONUS tag in the lobby, the label given to games that run their own in-game promotion.

Each Poker Tab Title Is Banked by the House or Played Against Other Players

Every one of the card games at PHJOY answers the same question differently: who is on the other side of your bet. In traditional Tongits the answer is the other players, who put their stakes into a pot that a winning player takes.

PHJOY card game comparison showing player-funded games with table fees or rake versus house-banked games with payout tables.
Player-funded games may charge table fees or rake, while house-banked games set their prices through payout tables.

At a perya, the Filipino fairground carnival, a game master called the bangka runs the bets and pays winners at fixed ratios, which is how Color Game was paid.

The table applies that question to the card games at PHJOY that follow a standard table format, and shows where each one charges you.

Reading the table from the right-hand column tells you what to compare: in a house game you compare payouts, and in a player game you compare table fees.

Who Banks the Bet Decides Where a Card Game Charges You

Card games at PHJOY charge you in one of two places: the payout table when the house banks the bet, or any table fee when other players fund the winnings. Either way, Betting Record in Personal Center lists your bets and Profit And Loss shows your results, so the cost of card play shows in your totals.

Banked Games: The Payout Table Sets the Price

Banked games let you bet on an outcome, such as a side, a dice total or a hand against the dealer, and the house pays the winners. That gives each game a house edge: the gap between what a winning bet pays and what true odds would pay.

In an illustration, not a PHJOY payout, a ₱100 bet on a fair two-outcome game that pays ₱95 in winnings returns ₱97.50 on average, stake included: a house edge of 2.5%. Two banked games with the same rules can therefore cost different amounts when their payout tables, the lists of what each winning bet pays, differ.

Player Games: Players Fund the Pot and Any Table Fee Is Rake

Player games pay winners out of the other players’ stakes, so the house has no payout gap to keep. Where a table does charge, the fee is called rake.

Poker rooms take rake as a share of the pot, as a charge over time, or as a flat amount per hand, and in a tournament the rake comes built into the entry fee. Texas Hold’em is played either as a cash game or as a tournament, and blinds, the forced bets posted before each hand, start the action.

Because a payout ratio is fixed by the game and a pot fee is set by the table, reading the price starts in different places: the payout table in a banked game, and the table fee, if there is one, in a player game.

Which PHJOY Rewards Count Poker Bets and Which Bonuses Leave Them Out

Rebates are not the only reward: Bet, Win and Lose rewards count Poker bets on card games at PHJOY, but three bonuses differ: the First Deposit Bonus, Register & Download and Spin on JILI & PG. Every one of them carries a turnover requirement, the multiple of an amount you must bet before related funds become withdrawable.

1X means betting the amount once, 10X ten times. The comparison below sorts the reward group and the three bonuses by the games each accepts.

Reward or BonusGames That CountTurnover Requirement and Conditions
Bet on, Win on and Lose on Slot, Fish & PokerSlot, Fish and Poker1X turnover requirement; claim in Reward Center before 4:00 PM the next day
First Deposit BonusSlot and Fish only10X turnover requirement on cash in plus bonus
Register & DownloadSlot and Fish1X turnover requirement; poker, sports, e-lotto, live and exclusive bets lead to confiscation
Spin on JILI & PG SlotPG and JILI slots only1X turnover requirement; claim before 4:00 PM the next day

Under Register & Download, a poker bet does more than go uncounted: PHJOY confiscates the bonus and the profits when you bet on poker, sports, e-lotto, live or exclusive games.

PHJOY poker reward eligibility comparing 1X turnover on Poker bet rewards with excluded bonuses and 10X First Deposit Bonus turnover.
Poker bets count toward PHJOY Bet, Win and Lose rewards but are excluded from First Deposit Bonus turnover and may invalidate Register & Download rewards.

The First Deposit Bonus and Spin on JILI & PG are narrower rather than stricter: the first accepts only Slot and Fish, the second only PG and JILI slots, so card games at PHJOY sit outside the spin reward. Every bonus lists full terms, including the value tiers this comparison leaves out.

If you are working through Register & Download or the First Deposit Bonus, play the qualifying slot or fish bets first and keep card play for afterwards: a poker bet under Register & Download leads to confiscation, and the First Deposit Bonus counts only Slot and Fish toward the 10X turnover requirement.

FAQ

Color Game, rebate collection and the age requirement sit outside the comparisons above, so each gets a short answer here.

Is Color Game a Card Game?

No, the traditional perya version uses three dice and six colors rather than cards. PHJOY lists the Kingmaker version in the Poker tab, so Color Game appears beside the other card games at PHJOY.

Where Does My Poker Rebate Show Up?

Open Personal Center, then Manual rebate. My Rebates lists Poker in a separate column beside Slot, Fishing, Live and Sport; press Refresh, then Receive to collect the rebate.

How Old Do You Have to Be to Play?

You must be 18 or older, and PHJOY asks you to confirm your age with a checkbox on both Register and Login. PHJOY also asks you to set your own budget and time limits and to use only phjoybet.ph and the official app.
